DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT?
At The Cheshire Housekeepers we pride in not only providing a first-class service, but using quality tried and tested products - all of which we provide. Meaning you don't have to worry about providing and replenishing products - we take care of that! As hygiene is paramount - we just ask to use your own floor care equipment!
DO I HAVE THE SAME HOUSEKEEPER EACH TIME?
Yes! We ensure that you have the same regular housekeeper for every service. In some instances where this isn't possible we will always ensure we give you notice and discuss any changes with you first.
DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT ON THE DAY OF THE SERVICE?
No. You don't have to be home (unless you wish to be). We have an encrypted safe & secure key holding system in place - meaning that your keys and alarm codes are safe with us!
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SERVICE?
Payment is due on the day of the service by bank transfer. All payment details are discussed at time of consultation.
CAN I ROTATE DUTIES?
Yes, absolutely! We understand that sometimes you may require for certain tasks to be prioritised and this may differ from week to week - we are happy to work through what your priorities may be that day.
DO I HAVE THE SAME ALLOCATED SERVICE DAY AND TIME EACH WEEK?
We always aim to keep your service day and time the same. However, from time to time we may require to make amendments to our schedules, which should this be the case, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE CHESHIRE HOUSEKEEPERS?
In the very unlikely event you are not fully satisfied with any aspect of the service provided, you must contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will do our utmost to remedy anything you may deem to be unsatisfactory.

If you feel you have the hard-working and attentive attributes to join our team we would love to hear from you. You will be required to have a driving licence and car, DBS and references. No experience necessary as we will show you The Cheshire Housekeepers way!
